Below you will find a quick list of our most commonly asked questions.  If you have a question that I haven't address, please contact me directly.

If you need to return an item, you are certainly welcome to do so, for any reason or no reason at all, within 30-days of delivery of the item.

What is the Return Policy?

We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible - no matter the reason, we'll take the item back within 30 days of receipt of your order shipment.

What are the shipping options?

Right now the only shipping option we offer is our good old US Postal Service. You can opt for ground select, but this does not always result in faster delivery times. Most orders are USPS flat rate shipments.

Do you ship to Canada or other countries?

No. We only ship to addresses in the United States, as well as APO/FPO addresses - for mail that is being sent to or received from military installations located out the continental US.

When will I receive my order?

Generally apparel orders ship within 2-5 days. Drinkware items take about a week to prepare and ship. Allow a 3-6 days for the USPS to deliver.

Do you keep items in stock?

No, we don't hold inventory at all. All items sold are individually printed on demand (when you place an order).

What do I do if I never received my order?

If we have a tracking number that shows the item was delivered, then it will be considered delivered and received. Haze Gray Apparel cannot be held responsible for porch piracy and theft on doorsteps.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Just return it, get a full refund as per our return policy. Contact me first (email above). I might ask you to snap a quick photo before you send it back.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

No, sorry. You can return it, however, within 30 days of receipt as per our return policy.

What if I order the wrong item?

Just return it within 30-days of receipt, and get a full refund as per our return policy.

Where are you located? Can I visit your shop in person?

We're an online business, so we don't have a retail location. Of course, you are welcome to drop in for a brewed beverage if you happen to be in Houston, Texas - just let me know ahead of time!

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

We order from a supplier on the west coast, in Southern California, that prints all our orders on demand (as each order comes in). Blank shirts and apparel items are imported from various countries.
