Our 30-day Return Policy

Haze Gray Apparel offers a 30-days no-hassle money back return policy.

If there is a defect, let us know with 30 days of receipt.

If you aren't 100% satisfied, even if there is no defect, then once again - please just let us know.

We will take the item back and return your funds to the card or source that you paid with. We aren't going to ask that you accept store credit. If you don't like the gear, and you don't plan to wear it or enjoy it, then contact Haze Gray Apparel here directly, then you send it back to us and we will issue a full refund.

We do ask that you let us know within 30 days of receipt of the item, and we will need you to actually mail the item back to us (you pay the postage on the return). 

Please contact us first, prior to mailing

We need to first determine where to send it (e.g., here to our office in Houston TX or back to the production facility directly).  We might ask you to submit a photograph of the item if there is an obvious defect.  In any case, we will give you the address where we need you to send the item, and then issue you a full refund.
